Flower wall rental
Our two flower walls
Premium artificial blooms on a freestanding frame. AED 675 per wall, set up by us.
Each wall is 240 cm wide and 240 cm high. It is freestanding and needs clear, level floor space.
Booked for birthdays, engagements, baby and bridal showers, christenings, cake tables, photo corners and corporate events. Flower wall sizes and prices.

How much does it cost to rent a flower wall in Dubai?
Our flower walls are AED 675 each for the event, with setup included. We have two: Blush Pink and White Rose Garden. The Grand collection (AED 1,199) includes one wall plus 16 chairs, 2 tables, table décor and place settings.
How much is Chiavari chair and table rental?
Adult white Chiavari chairs with a cushioned seat are AED 15 each. Children's Chiavari chairs are AED 10 each and have no cushion. Adult rectangle tables with a white cover are AED 75 each. Children's tables are AED 55 each.
What party packages do you offer?
The Essentials (AED 349): 16 adult chairs · 2 covered tables. The Styled (AED 449): Essentials, plus table décor for both tables. The Signature (AED 649): Styled, plus plates, cutlery, wine cups and napkins. The Grand (AED 1,199): Signature, plus one flower wall (you choose the colour). Is setup included, and how long can I keep the rentals?
Yes. We deliver, set up and install everything, then dismantle and collect at the end. Up to 8 hours of rental, starting once setup is complete. Need longer? Choose "More than 8 hours" in the form and we'll quote it.
How do I book and hold a date?
Send an enquiry through the availability form on this page. It opens WhatsApp with your selection. We reply with a confirmed quote, and a 50% deposit holds the date. The balance is due on or before delivery.
Do you rent for children's parties?
Yes. We have child-sized Chiavari chairs and lower tables. Little Gathering seats 4 for AED 95 and Little Celebration seats 8 for AED 190. Tell us the children's ages and we'll confirm the fit.
Can I see how the setup will look before I book?
Yes. Upload a photo of your garden, majlis or venue to the event visualizer on this page and drag our flower walls, tables and chairs into it. You can save the image or send the pieces straight to the enquiry form.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 7 or more days before the event and the deposit is refunded in full. Cancel within 7 days and the deposit is retained for the date we held. Cancel within 48 hours of the event, or on the day, and the confirmed quote is payable if we cannot rebook the same pieces.

Rental terms
Nothing is paid on this page. Your date is held once you accept our quote and pay the deposit.
How a date is held
Checking availability is an enquiry. It does not reserve the date. We hold the date only after we send a confirmed quote and we receive the deposit.
Deposit
A 50% deposit of the confirmed quote holds the date and the pieces. The balance is due on or before delivery. Until the deposit arrives, the date stays open to other enquiries.
Cancellation
Cancel 7 or more days before the event and the deposit is refunded in full. Cancel within 7 days and the deposit is retained for the date we held. Cancel within 48 hours of the event, or on the day, and the confirmed quote is payable if we cannot rebook the same pieces.
Rescheduling
You may move the event once, with at least 7 days' notice, at no extra charge, if we have the date free. A change with less notice is treated as a cancellation, and the new date is a new booking.
Damage and loss
Pieces arrive clean and in good condition. Ordinary use is included. Breakages, stains we cannot remove, or anything missing at collection are charged at replacement cost, which we confirm with you. Please point out damage when we collect.
